Kicker's 43TC104 loaded enclosure puts a thumping 10" subwoofer behind the seat of a truck or in any vehicle that's low on space. The rugged ported box was designed specifically for the subwoofer, so you can count on getting maximum performance, no matter what kind of tunes you enjoy.

        A perfect pair

Kicker's 43TC104 loaded enclosure puts a thumping 10" subwoofer behind the seat of a truck or in any vehicle that's low on space. The rugged ported box was designed specifically for the subwoofer, so you can count on getting maximum performance, no matter what kind of tunes you enjoy.

        Hard-hitting Comp sub

The 10" Comp sub features a stiff injection-molded polypropylene cone supported by a double-stitched ribbed foam surround for deep excursion. Kicker's back-braced cone design keeps the woofer stable during those hard hits, while the perimeter venting system helps cool the sub's internal parts during demanding performances. A strong steel basket provides a stable foundation that won't flex during hard use.

        Heavy-duty enclosure

Sturdy 3/4" medium-density fiberboard ensures long-lasting performance from the enclosure, and the enclosure's 4-ohm impedance allows compatibility with a wide range of amplifiers.

        Product Research

        Features

Speaker Terminals: The spring post terminals (one pair) are mounted on the left side of the enclosure and will accept pin connectors, single banana plugs, or bare wire up to 10 gauge.

Port: The slot port is on the right side of the enclosure at the bottom.

Woofers: The Kicker 43TC104 enclosure uses one 10" Comp series subwoofer.

Break-in Period: Due to the complex nature of Kicker Comp speakers, they require a break-in period in order to produce optimum low-bass response. The suspension system is very stiff out-of-the-box. Approximately two weeks of daily playing will allow the suspension to break-in and reach its optimum equilibrium. Once broken-in, the subwoofer will exhibit stronger bass performance, smoother response, and greater low-bass extension.

        Q
How will I go about installing this in my 2020 subaru legacy which has the 11.6 head unit?
        [ Rohan  Oct 30, 2020 ]

        A
stereo shop or figure out what stereo wires are the bass positive and bass negative and wire those to your amp. I did it, not impossible but very difficult because none of the wires are labeled so I had to search the web for random forums explaining which each wire does.

Hey Rohan, it can be done it's now with these car makers their making it harder to install after market parts. You would have to get the wiring schematic for your vehicle and see if the speaker wires are still the typical purple, green, white and black

will this fit underneath my back seat for a 2010 gmc sierra?

I can not comment if it will fit under the seat. I had installed this behind the seat on my truck. My truck is a single cab.

        Q
Would this work with my alpine UtE-73bt and. Not needing an amp?

Depending on how much watts that head unit will put out, you might be ok..but I think u will still need an amp to push the speakers to it's full potential..don't forget the fuse!

It will though it won't sit the way you want it with that box. You'll have to get the actual box that would fit custom for the truck.

Hi Joseph, please chat with us online or by phone at 1-800-324-9695, we will need to obtain some additional information on your truck in order to confirm measurements we have taken regarding the space available to install a subwoofer box.

I cannot find that specification in the information we have on this enclosed subwoofer and recommend contacting Kicker on 405-624-8583 to find it.

Honestly I didn't even check it, I did open it and change the wire gauge to support the box. The thicker the wire better quality and more power that you can get from out of the box

I don't see any reason why It wouldn't. It ultimately depends on how much space you have behind or underneath your seats. I installed this unit in my 2005 Jeep Wrangler which doesn't have any kind of spectacular trunk space.

You're going to want an amp. This sub wants 150 watts RMS (continuous). I went with the Kicker DX 250.1 with this sub and it sounds really good together.

Enter an answer to this question.Amp and wires are needed. Line output convertor needed if stock radio. An amp with high level in would work too.
